Cigogne Management S.A., formed in 2004, is an asset management company that specialises in alternative investments. It offers absolute return products with a view to providing regular returns that are uncorrelated with major market tendencies, in a controlled risk environment.

CIC Market Solutions is the unit of CIC that handles commercial market activities for clients of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale.
Its Investment Solutions department puts together structured products in the form of EMTNs across various underlying asset classes in fixed income, credit and equity markets.
Its assets under management (€12bn) are distributed internally, externally and in the form of life insurance investments.
