Your rights under GDPR
The collection and processing of personal data are subject to a new European regulation, called the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which came into force on 25 May 2018. Under these regulations, you have rights of access, objection, rectification, deletion and processing limitation, as well as a right to portability.
You can also, at any time and free of charge, without having to justify your request, object to your data being used for direct marketing purposes.
It is specified that the exercise of some of these rights may in certain cases result in the management company being unable to provide the service.
