Management will make every effort to resolve the issue and, if needed, will refer your complaint to the relevant person. In accordance with our policy for handling customer complaints, we will acknowledge receipt of your request and, barring any exceptional circumstances, provide you with a response within two months. If, despite all the care we have taken to handle your complaint, you are still not satisfied with our response, you are free to refer the matter to the Ombudsman of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF - French financial markets regulator).
